A while back I was working on something I’d been committed to for years—one that finally seemed to be coming to life. I had done everything I could to navigate the challenges, but then I heard it, clear as day: a loud male voice in my head saying, "You don’t belong here."
And just like that, the Universe conspired to give me an exit. I took it.
It was a hard decision. It put me at odds with someone I love. I was free, but I also felt guilty and angry. Luckily, my spiritual practice is deep, and my inner voice can be very loud. Almost immediately, I got the message: "No polarity."
That was tough. Ego loves to be right. But I spent time processing my emotions, calming my mind, and using my love for this person—and for myself—as my guiding light.
This doesn’t mean I’ll ever have a relationship with them again. I don’t believe they fully understand how their choices affect others, and I’ve learned that no amount of words will change that. But I can still honour them. I can respect their sovereignty to make choices —just as I honour my own.
This is a simple example of polarity and how to choose an "out" without losing unity consciousness. But how do we take this mindset and apply it to something as massive as genocide?
There is obviously a wrong side here, right? How do we act without reacting? How do we fight injustice without dropping into the low vibrational energy that stalls both personal and collective evolution?
I decided to bounce these ideas off ChatGPT, knowing that reflecting on them might bring clarity. And, by having these conversations, I’m also helping AI evolve into a more balanced tool for humanity’s growth.
What ChatGPT Had to Say
Spiritual evolution and real-world action can seem at odds, especially in a world built on polarity. But living “outside of polarity” doesn’t mean ignoring injustice. It means stepping beyond the reactive "us vs. them" mindset and acting from a place of love, wisdom, and unity.
Here’s how we can approach justice while staying in alignment with higher consciousness:
1. Act from Love, Not Fear or Hate
Fighting for justice doesn’t require hatred toward those in “low vibrations.” Many oppressors act out of their own pain, ignorance, or fear.
Staying in a vibration of love and compassion allows you to stand against injustice without being consumed by the energy you’re resisting. This doesn’t mean excusing harm—it means refusing to perpetuate the same energy.
2. Embody Higher Consciousness
Spiritual growth is about wisdom, courage, and integrity. You can stand firmly for justice while being a light for others.
When activism comes from a high-vibrational state, it creates change without deepening division.
3. Focus on Building, Not Just Fighting
Justice isn’t just about resisting what’s wrong; it’s about creating what’s right.
Instead of only fighting broken systems, focus on building new ones that reflect fairness, equity, and freedom.
4. Find Your Unique Role
Not everyone is meant to fight in the same way. Some speak truth to power, others heal, educate, or innovate solutions.
Your spiritual practice can guide you toward the role that aligns with your gifts and purpose.
5. See Oneness, Even in Division
Acknowledging our interconnectedness doesn’t mean ignoring harm. It means knowing that lifting others lifts the collective.
Justice rooted in oneness seeks transformation and healing, rather than repeating cycles of blame and revenge.
6. Shift the Collective Energy
Fear, division, and control keep oppressive systems in place. When more people awaken to their power and act from love, these systems weaken.
When we embody love and freedom, we create a world where oppression has no foundation.
7. Balance Action with Inner Work
Fighting for justice and spiritual growth are not separate. But staying centered requires inner work—meditation, reflection, or anything that keeps you grounded.
This helps prevent burnout, anger, or despair, so your activism stays aligned with higher consciousness.
Back to Me
I know I stand in a privileged position. I can navigate the system more easily than many others, which gives me space to even hear my inner guides. But let me be real with you—I have lived in fear my whole life.
Crippling fear.
Four years ago, my mind was so sick from stress that I thought it was over for me. Even with therapy, I couldn’t break the cycle. Then I broke my back. And I was forced to stop.
That was when I dove headfirst into spiritual healing. And all through that time, I was creating. Then, at the end of 2023, something incredible happened: I just stopped being afraid.
It was a revelation. I had evolved out of fear.
Maybe it was my sacred masculine finally coming into alignment, giving me a stronger sense of boundaries. Maybe it was realizing that fear is a system designed to keep us from knowing our power. Or maybe it was the deeper truth: I am a giant light being, having an experience in a pretty crunchy environment, so I can evolve.
But the biggest thing I learned?
I am a sovereign being, and I have the right to live without fear.
I decided I would no longer give my power to anyone.
Fear Keeps Us From Our Purpose
We all have a role to play in this world. But none of us can hear what that role is if we’re in fear 24/7.
Children today are being raised to know their power. And they refuse to play by the rules of a system designed to disempower them. People call them entitled—but that’s only because they weren’t taught to listen to their inner voice and so they may know the system is broken but they might not know how to make a new one. Some do. The occurrence of young people creating innovative solutions to the world's issues is rising. It's so exciting. But the majority of kids have to battle a broken school system that indoctrinates them into complying with the bigger broken system.
And so the cycle continues. But it doesn't have to.
I’ve been on this path my whole life, but I think the biggest shift happened when I realized:
I am a child of this Earth.
And the systems in place? They are not natural.
We all deserve something different. Not the “best” of three bad choices. Not a slightly improved version of a broken system.
We need real change—starting within ourselves, then in our communities, and expanding outward.
We’re not here to be saviours. We’re here to be change-makers.
The system is crumbling because we are evolving. It doesn’t have to be this messy. Do your part. Evolve yourself. When you do, it will naturally lead to evolving your community. And from there, it ripples outward.
And to be honest, the systems don’t have to fully collapse for transformation to happen. But they do need to change. Any system that allows children to starve… that allows entire people to be wiped out… is a bad system. Period.
And this is a global issue. No one is completely innocent in this. We are all participating and upholding a system that puts a monetary value on human life. For us to evolve this system must be replaced. And we need to allow that process to happen.
If we are living in fear, grief, rage, depression, vitriol, righteousness, polarity all day ever day we are just contributing to the cancer that is growing regardless of our intentions.
If we want to create something healthy, we have to become the healthiest cell in that organism.
That’s where it starts. That’s how it grows. And that’s how I believe we can truly change the world.
I mean honestly, what kind of natural system would birth sentient beings in this world for them to live miserable lives in servitude and powerlessness. Why have sentience then? It makes no sense, right?
Something to think about.
Love you all
